Update -10th September 2024.
My practice is currently full and I'm not currently accepting new clients. If you would like to work with me do get in touch and I will contact you when space does become available. Due to the nature of therapeutic work I can't say when space will become available.
Welcome
Are you wanting to feel less overwhelmed in your life?
Are you trying to find a way to break free from difficult experiences that are holding you back?
Do you find being the world difficult because of your experiences?
I can offer a space to reflect and understand yourself and how you relate to others.
A safer and calmer way for yourself in the world.
If you are experiencing feelings of numbness, anger, anxiety, self-blame, guilt, shame, low self-worth and/or loss we can work together.
If you are open to working through the traumas and experiences that are preventing you from being the person you’d wish to be then I hope I can help you to break free using EMDR Therapy in East London.
I work on Thursdays and Fridays online and out of a therapy room in Dalston, East London.

ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I'm an open hearted therapist who believes in people and their capacity to overcome. I want to share the tools of EMDR whilst nurturing your individuality and creativity in the healing process. I will support you on your path to letting go of what burdens you and embracing what fulfils you. I have come to realise that nature and art in all its forms are great healers. Which might explain why I love dancing to music that makes my heart sing, being out in the elements when I can and to hang out with my cat and friends when I'm not working.

EXPERIENCE
I have worked in mental health for 17 years mainly in the NHS with some work in charities. I have worked in a variety of hospital and community settings both with adults, children and young people. The focus of my work has always been to understand and heal the root cause of people's emotional pain. Most recently my work has centred on supporting those who have experienced sexual abuse and those who have come into contact with the criminal justice system. I am interested in systemic injustice and how that plays out in both the wider world and in close relationships.
